**Type:** Volunteer / Unpaid *** #### About Mr. Bacon Mr. Bacon is a Discord bot designed to enhance the Roblox experience by connecting gaming communities with powerful tools for user profiles, game discovery, and server management. We serve thousands of users who rely on our platform for their daily interactions and community engagement. Our community's safety and positive experience are our top priorities. The Trust & Safety team works diligently to maintain platform integrity and enforce our Community Guidelines. #### The Role We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our team as Community Moderators. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our community, responsible for user assistance, conflict resolution, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position offers valuable experience in community management and platform safety operations. #### What You'll Do * Monitor and engage in our official Discord server to assist users and enforce community guidelines * Investigate user reports and take appropriate action based on our policies * Address spam, abusive behavior, and other policy violations * Escalate complex technical or safety issues to senior team members * Help identify and document common user issues and trends * Contribute to maintaining an inclusive and positive community environment #### What You Should Have * Strong written communication skills and professional demeanor * Familiarity with Discord and basic knowledge of Roblox * Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm under pressure * Commitment to fair and consistent policy enforcement * Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team * Availability to contribute consistent weekly hours #### Important Note This is a volunteer, unpaid position.
