#### About Mr. Bacon

Mr. Bacon is a Discord bot built to enrich the Roblox experience by providing tools for user profiles, game discovery, and community management. We serve thousands of users and prioritize delivering reliable, accessible support to ensure seamless usage of our platform.

#### The Role

We are looking for a motivated User Support Specialist to join our Support & Help team. In this role, you will assist users with technical issues, answer questions about Mr. Bacon’s features, and help improve the overall user experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and helping others.

#### What You'll Do

* Respond to user inquiries and provide timely, accurate support via Discord tickets or direct messages.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mr. Bacon’s commands and functionality.
* Escalate complex issues to the technical team when necessary.
* Document common user problems and contribute to our support knowledge base.
* Gather user feedback to help improve Mr. Bacon’s features and usability.

#### What You Should Have

* Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, user-focused attitude.
* Familiarity with Discord and basic knowledge of Roblox.
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
* Reliability and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Previous experience in customer support or a helpdesk role is a plus but not required.

#### Important Note

This is a volunteer, unpaid position. It offers hands-on experience in user support, community engagement, and working with a growing platform.
