#### About Mr. Bacon

Mr. Bacon is a Discord bot built to enhance the Roblox experience by providing tools for user profiles, game discovery, and community engagement. We believe creativity drives connection, and we're looking for imaginative individuals to help shape the visual and experiential identity of our platform.

#### The Role

We are seeking a Creative Specialist to join our newly formed Creativity Department. In this role, you will contribute to the design and creative direction of Mr. Bacon—from graphics and branding to user engagement initiatives. This position is perfect for those who enjoy thinking outside the box and want to help build a vibrant, visually appealing community.

#### What You'll Do

* Assist in creating visual content for social media, announcements, and internal use.
* Collaborate with the development and community teams to design engaging user experiences.
* Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns, features, and community events.
* Help maintain and evolve Mr. Bacon’s branding and creative guidelines.
* Support other departments with creative solutions for user outreach and engagement.

#### What You Should Have

* A passion for creativity and design, whether through formal experience or personal projects.
* Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
* Basic knowledge of Discord and Roblox communities.
* Openness to feedback and enthusiasm for learning and experimenting.

#### Important Note

This is a volunteer, unpaid position. It offers a chance to grow your creative skills, build a portfolio, and contribute to a project used by thousands of users.
