We are committed to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for our users, and our Team Quality Control plays a vital role in maintaining our standards. #### The Role We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our Team Quality Control. In this role, you will help ensure the reliability, usability, and consistency of Mr. Bacon’s features and community interactions. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys improving processes, and wants to contribute to the overall excellence of our platform. #### What You'll Do * Review and test new features, updates, and commands before they are released to users. * Monitor community interactions and moderation actions to ensure alignment with guidelines. * Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve performance and consistency. * Help document and report bugs, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement. * Assist in developing and refining quality control processes and checklists. * Collaborate with departments such as Support, Development, and Moderation to maintain a unified user experience. #### What You Should Have * Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Familiarity with Discord and basic knowledge of Roblox. * Ability to provide and receive feedback professionally. * Experience in quality assurance, testing, or process improvement is a plus but not required. * Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment. #### Important Note This is a volunteer, unpaid position.
