We serve thousands of users and are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for everyone. #### The Role We are looking for a Safety Operations Specialist to join our Trust & Safety team. In this role, you will help protect our community by investigating and acting on violations of our guidelines, monitoring user interactions, and supporting the overall safety of our platform. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about user safety and have experience in moderation or safety operations. #### What You'll Do * Investigate and take action on user reports of policy violations, including harassment, spam, and inappropriate content. * Monitor user activity and community interactions to proactively identify potential safety risks. * Enforce Mr. Bacon’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service consistently and fairly. * Escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior team members as needed. * Help maintain and update safety procedures and documentation. * Collaborate with other teams to improve safety tools and user reporting processes. #### What You Should Have * Previous experience in moderation, safety operations, or a related role. * Strong understanding of Discord and basic knowledge of Roblox. * Excellent judgment and ability to make fair, objective decisions under pressure. * Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. * Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism. * Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. #### Important Note This is a volunteer, unpaid position.
