**Type:** Volunteer / Unpaid *** #### About Mr. Bacon Mr. Bacon is a Discord bot built to enhance the Roblox experience by providing tools for user profiles, game discovery, and community engagement. We serve thousands of users globally and are dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for our community. #### The Role We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Trust & Safety Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of safety strategies, manage a team of volunteer moderators and specialists, and ensure the consistent enforcement of community guidelines. This position is ideal for someone with a background in trust and safety, team leadership, and online community management. #### What You'll Do * Lead, mentor, and manage the Trust & Safety Operations team, including moderators and safety specialists. * Develop, implement, and refine safety policies, procedures, and escalation protocols. * Oversee the investigation and resolution of high-priority or complex safety incidents. * Collaborate with product and development teams to improve safety-focused tools and features. * Analyze safety metrics and trends to proactively address risks and improve team performance. * Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related escalations and external inquiries. * Foster a supportive and inclusive team culture focused on growth and accountability. #### What You Should Have * Proven experience in trust and safety, online moderation, or a related field, including leadership roles. * Strong understanding of online safety best practices, platform governance, and regulatory requirements. * Experience managing and mentoring teams, preferably in a remote or volunteer-based environment. * Excellent judgment and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. * Familiarity with Discord and Roblox communities is preferred. * Based in or able to work within Netherlands time zones (CET). #### Important Note This is a volunteer, unpaid position.
