We serve thousands of users and are focused on strategically expanding our reach and impact within the Roblox and Discord ecosystems. #### The Role We are seeking a strategic Manager, Platform Growth to define and execute the growth strategy for Mr. Bacon. In this role, you will be responsible for user acquisition, platform partnerships, and data-driven initiatives that increase our visibility and adoption. This position is ideal for someone passionate about analytics, marketing, and building communities from the ground up. #### What You'll Do * Develop and implement a multi-channel growth strategy to increase user acquisition and platform adoption. * Manage our presence on platforms like top.gg, including campaign strategy and performance tracking. * Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with other Discord bots, Roblox groups, and community servers. * Analyze user data and growth metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with the product and development teams to align growth initiatives with new feature launches. * Oversee community referral and advocacy programs to drive organic growth. #### What You Should Have * Proven experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or a related role. * Familiarity with Discord and Roblox communities. * Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions. * Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, volunteer-based environment. #### Important Note This is a volunteer, unpaid position.
